This application on behalf of the British Horse Society was made to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 8 December 2018 to record a byway open to all traffic (BOAT) along Dane Hill, from Dane Hill Road at Dane Farm to the corner of Peafield Wood Road, in the parish of Barham.
